It took two years to come up with the idea and one year to open the store.
We wanted to create a restaurant that serves delicious and satisfying Wagyu T-bone steaks, so we negotiated extensively, and with the help of Chef Hattori Yukai, it finally took shape.
Enjoy the amazing taste of the T-bone, which is only about 3kg taken from 500kg of high-quality Omi beef.
