上質な近江牛500キロの中からごく僅かな3キロほどしかとれないTボーンの驚きのおいしさをご賞味ください。

We held many negotiations to create a restaurant that serves delicious and satisfying Wagyu T-bone steaks. We were able to open the restaurant with the help of Chef Yukai Hattori. Enjoy the amazing taste of the T-bone, which is only about 3kg out of 500kg of high-quality Omi beef that is made with a lot of passion.
